5 Thy testimonies are very sure: holiness becometh thine house, O Lord, for ever.

The keynote to this Psalm is the Power of Spirit, “The Lord,” over the “water” as in Gen.I Water by itself is chaotic, the Spirit is mightier and can control it into Forms of Harmony. The Lord, or Spirit, girds Itself with strength. It is Self-action, the only sort we can conceive of Spirit. As Spirit conceives of itself, so it becomes. The Abode of the Lord (verse 5), or Perfected Spirit, is Wholeness, ie., the Trinity of Spiritual, Psychic and Material = Isreal, in Unity = Jakub. This is absolutely certain Law.

Psalm 94

O Lord God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.

2 Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth; render a reward to the proud.

3 Lord, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?

4 How long shall they utter and speak hard things? And all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?

5 They break in pieces they people, O Lord, and afflict thine heritage.
