7 God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

The theme is universal living in the presence of God, in His light (verse 1) and the knowledge of His way, i.e., the knowledge of the law of His being and operation, becoming general. This will be the cause of universal joy and peace and prosperity; all nations knowing God as their own, their inheritance. This is “possessing God,” Ps. LXVI: 8. God’s rule is one of justice (verse 4). All people praising God (verses 3 and 5), as in Ps. LXVI: 2 and 8. The same meaning is intended.

Psalm 68

LET God arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

2 As smoke is driven away, so drive them away: as wax melteth before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God.

3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.

4 Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

His name Jah,” This has direct reference to the Sacred Tetragrammaton and all the mysteries involved in it. This is the Supreme Secret. The
