Chapter 14 - The Practice

To use prayer in a practical and effective manner certain things must be considered as necessary. Some may believe that prayer must follow a formula, a certain ritual, which may be adequate for them. It has been found that for greater efficacy prayer needs to have more freedom of expression, a greater flexibility. For this reason it is felt that instead of prayer being a formula, there is a best technique which may be followed by the individual and adapted to his or her own particular personality and need.
Here are presented ideas which have proved to be valid by all who have used them. People of all religious denominations have applied them in their prayer life and have discovered an entire new world of living open up.
