CONFRONTED BY LACK
Question—How can I keep from thinking lack and limitation when I am confronted by it many, many times a day?

ANSWER—We can demonstrate to the level of our ability to know; beyond this we cannot go. . . . The student sh0uld take time every day TO SEE HIS LIFE AS HE WISHES IT TO BE, TO MAKE A MENTAL PICTURE OF HIS IDEAL. He should pass this picture over to the Law and go about his business with the inner assurance that on the invisible side of life something is taking place. Let the Law work through, and express Itself in the experience. You cannot see tomorrow, nor next summer. But they will come because it is their nature to appear according to their law. You can picture the roses that will grow in your garden next summer, because you KNOW the plants are there. Just so, plant your thought for the experience you desire, KNOWING that on the unseen side of life, "something is taking place." If you can train yourself to KNOW what you cannot see with your eyes, your knowing will project what you desire into visibility and experience.

TO BETTER ONE'S POSITION
Question—My husband has an intermittent job. He must have steady work with a regular salary. Please tell us how to think?

ANSWER—The first and fundamental principle of continuous prosperity is to realize definitely and positively that those things and conditions which you desire are possible. Through (page 143) your spoken word you can realize all that belongs to you by divine right. Putting out of your thought the apparent fluctuation which marks periods of employment and unemployment, take your stand for the condition you desire to have manifested. Work to know that your word spoken into Mind returns to you quickly bearing its perfect fruit. Know that through right avenues and right channels, the right opportunities for steady employment come to him (your husband); that there is NO obstruction between him and his perfect employment; that he is divinely active and occupied fully, and abundantly remunerated for his work. Know definitely that he gratefully accepts every opportunity that presents itself for his highest good. Know that Subjective Mind accepts the idea, and your supply will manifest in your life.
