MAKING THINGS "CLICK"
Question—Both my husband and son have demonstrated their ability in the past, but at present nothing seems to "click." Can you help us in the present emergency?

ANSWER—Since the divine plan is immutable, enduring forever, unfolding just as rapidly as man will allow it to unfold, it follows that whatever man may think and do must be done within the body of this plan. Success in the past? There is no past—there is ALWAYS the everlasting now. TODAY we enter into the full consciousness of abundance. Let go of the picture that makes you compare the "past" with the "present." Infinite Intelligence, alive and aware in your husband and son, is just as potent today as at any time. Your spoken word thrown into universal subjectivity for their prosperity and activity will set forces in motion that cannot be denied—your word contains within itself all of the elements necessary to its fulfillment and IT WILL NOT RETURN "VOID."

Speak words like these into Mind daily: "I know that this word for prosperity which I speak is Life and Law and Power. I know that there is no presence other than the Perfect Mind and Spirit and that my success is assured right here and now."

CHANGING UNPLEASANT SURROUNDINGS
Question—Does indifference to unpleasant .surroundings change them for the better?

ANSWER—This would be saying peace when there is no peace. And this is what we must be careful to avoid. While indifference to unpleasant surroundings might make them more bearable the mind should exercise an active and a progressive campaign to neutralize them and to create pleasant ones. (page 116)
