PUNISHMENT FOR WRONG-DOING
Question—Do you teach there is no evil? For instance, is there no punishment for one who breaks the law?

ANSWER—Heaven is harmony and is a state of spiritual consciousness while evil is a belief in a power opposed to God, the Good. Man makes his own heaven or his own hell right here and now. Evil is sometimes thought to be a very real thing but it has no vitality, no life, because it can always be destroyed by Truth. Change the mental concept and know that whatever constructive condition you vision, the same you actualize. You are the ALL Conquering Son of God. Accept love, harmony, happiness and peace and they will manifest in your life and indeed Heaven will be to you a radiant and illumined state of consciousness. Yes, there is suffering for the lawbreaker, but it is not within your province or mine to condemn or judge our brother. Any so-called breaker of the law, spiritual or man-made, is sowing destructive seeds which must sooner or later return to him. This is according to law. It could not be otherwise, so let the law deal with him. Your work and mine toward our fellow man is not to condemn or judge harshly, but to see the perfect idea there, no matter how grievous the mistake. It is only in this way that the other condition can be neutralized. (page 14)
